At Fragrance Insider, we want you to find your perfect scent. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Fragrance

Securely place the item in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
